Intermediate Instrument / Electrical Designer

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years experience with EPC, or heavy industry.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of power and instrument cable schedules
• Industrial electrical design experience is essential
• Field wiring experience an asset
• VFD experience
• Panel schedules
• Heat tace skills a bonus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio
• Leadership ability/qualities 
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, highly motivated self-starter and a proven team player that has above-average communication capability and outstanding inter-personal skills.
• Ability to work in a flexible work environment 
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Sound technical knowledge of instrumentation.
• Strong problem solving skills. 
• Strong computer competency
• Dedication to safe work and environmental responsibility
