SmartPlant Instrumentation Administrator

Job Duties/Responsibilities

IDS is seeking a senior SPI administrator to support clients day to day activities including:

· First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants

· Provide SPI training

· Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts.

· SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments.

· Site governor of Client SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator.


Education/Experience

· Must have hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI in v. 7 or later.

· Must have hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator in v. 7 or later.

· Must have hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Admin using the following modules in v. 7 or later:

• Wiring
• Index
• Browser
• Specification

· Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
